Leasing Specialist, The Estates at Horsepen, Richmond, VA
The Leasing Specialist interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy while maintaining excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior leasing experience within luxury community setting, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a strong closer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience with Yardi desired. Weekend hours are required.
