Five Gumenick Properties' communities have been awarded the Kingsley Associates Excellence Award for exceeding the industry benchmark for overall resident satisfaction and going above and beyond to guarantee that our residents are satisfied with their living experience! We would like to congratulate Associates at Penstock Quarter, Malvern Manor, The Estates at Horespen, The Village at Horsepen and Southgate Towers on their achievement, and all of our residents for their participation in the surveys.
