Retail service offerings continue to expand with the addition of real estate brokerage
HENRICO CO., VA., March 23, 2021 – Henrico-based Gumenick Properties is pleased to announce that Samson Properties and Cardinal Title has leased approximately 7,622 square feet in retail suites 145 and 150 of the Penstock Quarter building located at 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard at Libbie Mill – Midtown. The addition of this real estate brokerage illustrates a continued expansion of retail service offerings in the community. Samson Properties plans to begin work on this space in the near future. While their new, permanent space is being built, the firm will open in a temporary location in the 2,717 square foot Suite 165 of the Penstock Quarter Building, adjacent to Solidcore and Capital Eye Care. Improvements to this temporary space will commence imminently and allow Samson Properties to open in the community in a limited capacity much sooner. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers International represented Gumenick Properties, and Samson Properties represented the Tenants in the transaction.
